How to get your Corporation Key

To file a federal annual return, Corporations Canada needs your Corporation Key — a short code that proves you're authorized to file. It was emailed to you when you incorporated, and appears on filing receipts issued before September 2021. If you can't find it, you can request a free replacement from Corporations Canada at ised-isde.canada.ca. The replacement is mailed to your registered office, so allow a few days. You can start your order now and send us the key when it arrives — we confirm we have everything before we file.
